March 8 may mark International Women’s Day, but organizers across Ottawa have planned a full week’s worth of events aimed at empowering, inspiring and equipping women in the nation’s capital.
Invest Ottawa, for example, has partnered with organizations across the city to host several events focused on women in business – and more specifically tech – that will run from Feb. 28 – Mar. 11.
Events include:
- Women Leading Globally in Cybersecurity
- An Angel Investors breakfast
- Fuelling Women Founders
- Women in STEM combatting biases
From story-telling talks and keynote presentations to wow-worthy workshops, IWW 2022 will have something for everyone, says Invest Ottawa.
