Exciting things are happening at Syntronic Research and Development Canada as the company continues to expand its North American footprint – adding over 130 employees to the team since Jan. 1, 2021.

Expert designers and developers working on cutting edge solutions for customers in areas such as telecommunications, automotive, connected devices and more joined the Kanata North company which designs and tests hardware and software for customers in a wide range of sectors.

“We continue to see the need to add more exceptional talent to our teams in many different competence areas to help deliver on complex product solutions,” says Taimoor Nawab, vice-president of business development.

Syntronic also expanded its HR and talent acquisition teams in support of current and planned future growth, adding Nav Bassi as director of HR along with Laura Tromp and Patrick Pelletier as talent acquisition specialists.

The Sweden-Based company – which opened its doors in Ottawa in 2014 – also recently expanded into Montreal and Toronto to further cement its footprint in Canada.

With growth expected to continue, Syntronic is looking to keep adding more experts in the areas of hardware and software development over the next 12 months.
